Mesquite Valley dot Com is the internet home of Mesquite Valley Ranches, Nixon Feed Company, La Vernia Mini Storage, and Mesquite Valley Development. Mesquite Valley Ranch is a real, working (but not too much) ranch located near Nixon, Texas. Nixon Feed Company is an old-style general store with lots of old-style flavor. It's not that we're trying to be old fashioned, we just can't afford a new, modern building. La Vernia Mini Storage has 5x10, 10x10, & 10x20 storage units at outrageously cheap prices. You'll save so much you will need to rent a bigger unit to store all your extra money. Mesquite Valley Development is one of the hottest new areas in the greater San Antonio area. It's located east of San Antonio on US 87 in La Vernia, Texas. We have about 85 Acres with lots of large oak trees and an "off the scale" growth rate. The great schools have attracted hundreds of San Antonio residences to the beautiful, rolling oak hills. New homes are sprouting everywhere with acreage lots for affordable country living. What's missing (but not for long) is the infra-structure in the local community. All types of business's are needed, so bring your expertise and come on!
